With a diverse background in leading projects of varying scales and sectors, Dan has worked in the construction industry for over twelve years in award-winning architectural practices in London, prior to starting his own design studio at Splash Architecture. Dan is passionate about design and how it can positively influence people’s lives, particularly how we use and inhabit spaces, with a particular interest in sustainable design and how this is integrated into the design process to enhance the users experience of the buildings or spaces. Whilst working for multi-award winning practice FCBStudios, Dan was project architect for several large residential schemes, achieving planning permission for over 1,500 homes across London and the South-West, over 1000 of which have now been built. Working on large developments has honed Dan's aptitude for project team management, working to tight programmes and overcoming project specific challenges with a positive and strategic approach. Dan studied at the University of Plymouth, where he graduated with First Class Honors for his Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Distinction in the Master of Architecture qualification. He qualified as an Architect in 2016 after completing his studies at the University of Westminster, and is registered with the ARB and a member of the RIBA.
