New Build
With extensive experience of working on a variety of different sites across the country, we can assist with all aspects of new build developments from feasibility to construction, to develop the ideal solution for you.
Visualisation
Traditional plans, sections and elevations are often difficult to read or understand, especially when trying to communicate the concept during design development. We love to work in different mediums of presentation and will develop a 3D model of your design that you can view, explore and develop to allow you to become a key part of the design process.

Design Consultancy
With the extensive experience gained over the past 12 years in the industry, Splash Architecture continues to work alongside some of the most successful architectural practices and developers across the Country in a design consultancy role, and is happy to offer advice on your project before design work commences.
Pre Purchase Feasibility Assessment
Before committing to a purchase of land or property, Splash Architecture will be more than happy to look at your project with you and discuss the future opportunities. With extensive experience in the industry across all sectors, we can review any potential risks, constraints, your budget and design ambitions and provide a feasibility assessment identifying the opportunities and options to consider moving forward.
Planning Applications
At Splash Architecture we can help you with your Planning Application, Lawful Development Application or Prior Notification Application dependant on what you want to do. We will work closely with you to ensure the design meets your needs and can submit and we can manage your Planning Application process, liaising with your local Council directly through the application period.
Building Control
We can produce a ‘Full Plans Application’ set for submission to Building Control. This is where your design is checked against local and national standards required by the Approved Building Regulations, and any amendments needed can be incorporated into the design. The Building Control Inspector will typically also make scheduled site visits during the construction to review key stages of the build.
Tender Drawings
We can produce a set of detailed tender drawings that will allow you to approach contractors and ensure you receive quotes off a consistent set of information. A detailed tender pack will produce a clearer outcome for the project and give you more cost certainty, understanding exactly what the contractor is quoting for.
Surveys / Applications
Throughout the project there may be the need for additional surveys or applications such as Thames Water Build Over Applications, Measured Building Surveys, Condition Surveys or Party Wall Notices. At Splash Architecture we can both help produce these or assist you in finding the correct people for you and your project.
