Project Summary: Full planning permission to increase an existing 1970’s mock-Tudor timber framed dwelling to provide a fourth bedroom and increased living / kitchen / dining area

Status: Submitted for Planning 2023 - Currently on Site

Design: The design gathers inspiration from the black timber cladding as part of the mock-Tudor aesthetic to the dwelling and wider context. The proposal is to provide an angled rear extension to re-orientate the view towards the garden, wrapped in charred timber cladding to provide a contemporary interpretation of the existing architectural language. Piers and a base datum of the existing brickwork will wrap around the new part of the dwelling to coherently marry the two materials.
