Project Summary: Listed building and householder application for a single storey replacement structure to a Grade II listed dwelling

Design: Orangery style re-extension to replace and extend beyond the existing 1990’s extension to provide a large open plan kitchen / living / dining area. Large extent of floor to ceiling glazing and a large lantern rooflight to maximise light penetration into the centre of the plan um use of the external space
