Project Summary: Full planning permission to demolish the existing conservatory and design a contemporary single storey extension, providing a large open plan kitchen / living / dining area and to allow the house to open up with large bi-fold doors into the rear garden.

Status: Planning permission granted  (May 2017)

Design: The proposal is to be clad in light bricks to match the existing building envelope, with a sailing dark metal clad roof, to provide a striking juxtaposition between the traditional language of the existing building and the new single storey extension.
