Project Summary: Full planning permission to demolish the existing conservatory and design a contemporary single storey extension, providing a large open plan kitchen / living / dining area and to allow the house to open up with large bi-fold doors into the rear garden.

Status: Planning permission granted  February 2022 / Completed July 2022

Design: Single storey extension with a vaulted pitched roof allows light to flood into the extension through the large, west facing feature window and bi-fold doors. The proposal is constructed with white painted render on blockwork to match the existing building envelope.
